Cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booked event incur a $50 admin fee, with the balance of payment received being refunded.

Cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your booked event will be accepted at the discretion of festival management, and where accepted 50% of payment received will be refunded.

Cancellations within 4 weeks of the commencement of your booked event will not be refunded.
To avoid fees for cancellation, your booking may be transferred to another dancer of similar experience and role, unless otherwise stated.
CURRENCY
All ticket prices are stated in Australian Dollars.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All bookings are confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email or you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to then confirm your booking by emailing tangodancealliance@gmail.com
RESCHEDULES OR CANCELLATIONS
Any changes in time and/or venue to an event will be updated on the festival website. If time permits, you will be also be emailed the changes, provided you have subscribed to receive email notifications from the Byron Bay Tango Festival (please check your spam or junk folders).
In the event that the festival is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled for any reason beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, venue issues or organiser decisions), we accept no responsibility for the cancellation and are not liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result. All festival ticketing, refund, or rescheduling matters are the sole responsibility of the festival organisers and we reserve the right to amend, reallocate, or reissue tickets at our discretion, including changes to ticket type, or entry conditions, where necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent or better ticket arrangements.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information provided during booking will only be used for the purposes of the Byron Bay Tango Festival and the individual's participation in that and future festivals. Your information will not be sold or distributed to other parties.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit card payment transactions by Mastercard or Visa are handled by Square Merchant online card payment services. Please note the terms and conditions of the use of Square Merchant Services. Electronic transfer is available at checkout of your tickets. If any problems arise please email tangodancealliance@gmail.com. All transactions are billed in Australian dollars.
CHANGES TO CONDITIONS
The Byron Bay Tango Festival reserves the right to revise or amend these conditions of purchase without notice.
*You may request changes to your booking up to four weeks before the festival by emailing us. First change is free while any subsequent changes attract a $20 administration fee.
